Qualifications and Requirements:
  • University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical diploma and experience.
  • Strong programming background and experience
  • Coldfusion preferred
  • Experience with the following tools: Java, ColdFusion, HTML, JavaScript/Jscript, CSS, XML
  • A solid understanding of Web site architecture and successful Web site implementation
  • SQL knowledge, particularly mySQL
  • Understanding of security issues in deploying distributed, large-scale Web-based applications

    • Duties and Responsibilities:
    As a Web Programmer/Analyst you will be responsible for development and maintenance of our Manufacturing Enterprise Resource Planning System and our Web site Content Management System. A familiarity with e-commerce systems or manufacturing business models would be an asset. You may additionally be required to assist on custom programming projects with our production team. As our manufacturing application sales grow, there will be opportunities to advance into leading implementation projects.

    • Drafting UI
    • Debating process and making collaborative plans with your teammates
    • Designing and implementing database structure
    • Implementing UI designs in HTML
    • Programming using Coldfusion, Java and XML connecting to mySQL databases
    • Testing, debugging and documenting your code
    • Managing your time superhumanly
